BuildYourSales reserves the right to interrupt, suspend or modify access to the site without notice, in particular for maintenance, without compensation.

Services Offered

BuildYourSales offers B2B prospecting support structured in three phases: Data (qualified prospect databases); Managed prospecting (managed multichannel prospecting campaigns); Autonomy (implementation of prospecting systems and building autonomy). The terms of each phase are defined in separate contracts.

Intellectual Property

All content on the site (structure, texts, logos, images, videos, graphics, sounds, software, databases) is protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual property rights, and is the exclusive property of BuildYourSales or its partners. Any reproduction or representation, in whole or in part, without prior written authorization is prohibited and constitutes an infringement.

The site may contain links to other sites over which BuildYourSales exercises no control and for which it disclaims all liability. The creation of links to the site is subject to prior written authorization, except for simple links to the homepage.

Applicable Law and Competent Jurisdiction
